The ASVAB assesses skills in key areas like math, science, reading comprehension, and technical knowledge, offering a clear picture of your child's strengths. This information can be incredibly helpful in guiding them toward careers or educational paths that match their abilities. Many schools and career counselors use ASVAB results to help students explore different job fields, making it a valuable tool for your child's future planning. Today, Realtor Pam Price, who is among the top 1% of real estate agents in America, visited Ms. Hurley and Mrs. Bonds' Business Math class to share insights on what it takes to succeed in real estate, how realtors make money, and the importance of understanding credit when buying a home. Her talk was a perfect fit with our units on pay and credit, giving students real-world examples of how these concepts apply to homeownership and career success. Thanks, Pam, for bringing the business world into our classroom!
