Our school was identified for Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) status based on the performance of our Special Education students who receive IEP services. This/These group(s) did not meet the state's performance targets, necessitating additional, targeted support to address their specific learning needs and promote equitable academic outcomes for all students.
We remain fully committed to meeting the needs of each and every student here at Salisbury Middle School. Through intentional collaboration, data-driven instruction, and ongoing professional development, we will continue to work towards closing achievement gaps, strengthening supports, and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
