On Oct. 4, the 2024-2025 Wicomico Teacher of the Year, Debbie Reynolds (Wicomico Middle), joined the other 23 local teachers of the year from across the state at the Maryland Teacher of the Year Gala in Hunt Valley. Wicomico Schools had a fantastic time celebrating and supporting its top teacher, who in addition to teaching at Wicomico Middle is a graduate of James M. Bennett High and a former student of Bennett Middle, Prince Street Elementary, and Pittsville Elementary and Miiddle.. Thank you Ms. Reynolds for being such a fantastic representative of Wicomico County Public Schools, where our students are Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow. Ms. Reynolds will continue to serve as Wicomico Teacher of the Year into April, when the 2025-2026 Wicomico Teacher of the Year is announced.
